"Chris was the best realtor I've ever had, and I've had a bunch over the last 40 years! She sold my peculiar old house with attention to detail in every way. She handled all the problems and questions that came up, smoothly, professionally and with great knowledge and desire to please. Mine was a difficult situation as I was 600 miles away, but Chris took care of everything from start to finish for me, and gave the listing her all. She was always available to me and I can't say enough about Chris as a person and a realtor. I am so blessed to have found her and I highly recommend her to everyone to use as their realtor!"

"Christine Ambrosio is an excellent realtor. I was looking in many towns for a home, and Christine was excellent in showing me opportunities all over Suffolk county, not in just her primary area. She was highly knowledgeable about the ever-changing market conditions and did a great job in assisting me with navigating them. I had a very fast-moving negotiation and close. She was highly responsive and made sure every stage of the process went smoothly. I would highly recommend her!"

Selling a house that you live in all your life is a very emotional experience, Christine understood that and she made the process a lot easier to get through! Her negotiation skills were top notch and she was able to secure the best price for my house.
